Whose data this is

The example company record on our home page is built from public registers that publish under open licences. Those licences ask for credit where the material is shown. This page is that credit.

Licensors

Each entry names who publishes the material and the licence they publish it under. Company registers across the EU publish basic company information and filed accounts under CC BY 4.0 or a more permissive licence, as required by Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2023/138 on high-value datasets.

Changes are indicated. Figures are converted to euro at the rate recorded on each filing, recalculated into comparable measures, and presented in English. They are therefore modified versions of the licensed material, not the filings as published.

Customers

This page covers what is shown publicly. Subscribers receive data from far more licensors than those above, and the complete attribution list - every licensor behind everything we serve, with the licence for each - is an annex to the subscription agreement. It is delivered with the agreement rather than published here.
