What is held
Five kinds of fact about a private company, built from public records and openly licensed data across about 70 feeds, joined on one company identity.
Ownership and corporate groups
Shareholders, parents, subsidiaries and the chain of control behind a local company, including foreign parents outside the region.
Financials and sector benchmarks
Filed income statements, balance sheets and derived ratios by fiscal year, with peer quartiles by sector, market, year and size band.
Directors and officers
Registered roles with their dates, across companies and across borders, so the same person can be followed from one board to the next.
Counterparty-risk facts
Registered status, VAT standing, tax-debtor and insolvency flags, sanctions and enforcement records, each with the date it was observed.
Watch and change history
Prior versions of every record are kept. Watchlists, alerts and webhooks surface the day a fact changes.
Volumes
Each count names the population it counts. Sole proprietors are held for identity resolution but never served, and every figure below excludes them unless it says otherwise.

Measured on the customer database on 2026-09-11. The corpus grows daily; numbers on this page are re-measured, not extrapolated.
How to read the numbers
- A count is a floor on filed data. A company with no revenue on file has not filed one we can read, which is itself a fact worth knowing and is shown as such.
- Every value is dated. Financial periods, register reads and change events all carry the date they were observed, so an as-of view is always possible.
- No opinions. Amberbook stores raw components and filed figures. It does not issue ratings or blended scores; customers build their own assessment.
- Depth is answered on the screen. How deep market X is for field Y is answered inside the product against the exact scope you build, where the per-field measurement sits next to every figure.
